How NowSpike researches, verifies, and updates every guide.
NowSpike publishes practical guides about how ticketing, onsales, and event-day logistics actually work. These guides only earn their keep if the mechanics are right, so here is exactly how each one is made.
Where our information comes from
Every guide is built from official, primary sources: ticketing platforms' own help documentation, venue and organizer pages, and league or studio announcements. We do not source facts from forums, social media rumors, or other blogs, and we link only to official destinations. Each guide names the official pages it was verified against.
How we verify
Before a guide is published, a human editor opens the official pages directly and checks every step, time, and rule against them on that day. Each guide carries a verification note stating what it was checked against. When a platform changes its system, we update the guide and note the revision rather than leaving stale instructions online. Guides about events that have ended are retired instead of left to mislead.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for research and drafting. No guide is published automatically: a human editor reviews every draft, verifies every fact against the official source, and decides what goes live. Accuracy failures are on us, not the tools.
What we do not do
Our guides explain how systems work and where the official paths are. We do not link to unofficial resale or streaming sources, and we do not publish speculation as fact. We currently run no sponsored content; if we ever add advertising or affiliate relationships, they will be clearly labeled.
